Investment Modelling: Develop and construct detailed investment models, robust business cases, and in-depth valuation analysis to provide critical insights and data for executive and Board investment decisions.
Value Creation Partnership: Proactively partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Development, to identify and realize value creation opportunities both before and after an acquisition is completed.
Integration & Performance Tracking: Develop comprehensive synergy models, manage detailed integration reporting processes, and meticulously track the financial performance of newly acquired businesses to ensure successful transitions and ongoing success.
