What You’ll Actually Do
• Process client invoices: Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on time to ensure timely billing.
• Reconcile financial data: Reconcile client budgets with internal financial data to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Manage client accounts: Maintain accurate financial records and support the daily financial management of client accounts.
• Address client inquiries: Partner with senior finance team members to respond to client finance inquiries and resolve billing questions.
• Generate financial reports: Produce reports from financial systems like Harvest, Cognos, and JDE to support business and client needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; early-career or entry-level finance professional.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (internships, co-op programs, or entry-level role); experience with financial systems like JDE, Cognos, Harvest, Tungsten, or similar ERP and reporting platforms.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); strong attention to detail and organizational skills; effective communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Bonus: Exposure to client finance, agency, or professional services environments; a strong interest in developing a career in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or client finance.
