The Tone:
This is a Fall 2026 internship at CECO Environmental Corporation, located in Addison, TX. In this role, the Finance and Accounting Analyst Intern will provide crucial support to the finance and accounting team, gaining hands-on exposure to real-time business operations and financial decision-making processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the team.
• Assist: Contribute to project-based work, including process improvements, data cleanup, and reporting enhancements.
• Validate: Compile, review, and confirm financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Build: Create and maintain various Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Partner: Collaborate with accounting team members on ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; academic projects involving financial analysis, reporting, or data interpretation; experience working on team projects and meeting deadlines.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis; detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking; strong communication skills and willingness to learn; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
