This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support their Finance and Accounting team, gaining exposure to real-time business operations and financial decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports.
• Projects: Assist with process improvements, data cleanup, and reporting enhancements.
• Data Integrity: Compile, review, and validate financial data for accuracy.
• Dashboards: Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Analysis: Partner with accounting team members on ad hoc analysis and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Academic projects involving financial analysis, reporting, or data interpretation; experience working on team projects and meeting deadlines.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis), strong analytical thinking, and effective communication.
