What You’ll Actually Do
• Records: Maintain and update accounting records and general ledger entries.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and support month-end/year-end close processes.
• Compliance: Prepare audit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reporting: Analyze budgets and produce expense reports.
• Tax: Assist with tax filings, payments, and policy adherence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This role is suitable for an early-career professional.
• Experience: Two or more years of accounting or finance experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems.
