What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist with variance analysis and financial reporting to provide insights into business performance.
• Compliance: Support audit testing and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse financial projects, fostering a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
• Analysis: Analyze data and identify trends to support informed decision-making across the department.
• Presentation: Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership, showcasing your contributions and learnings throughout the internship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work in the US is required; the firm will not sponsor employment visas for this opening.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong attention to detail, demonstrated effective collaboration skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; expected graduation between December 2026 – May 2028; prior internship or co-op experience in a related field; pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical discipline; local to the Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location); familiarity with variance analysis and financial reporting concepts; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
