About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic corporate environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop essential skills for a career in finance or accounting.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with variance analysis and financial reporting to provide insights into business performance.
• Support audit testing and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse financial projects, fostering a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
• Analyze data and identify trends to support informed decision-making across the department.
• Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership, showcasing your contributions and learnings throughout the internship.

Qualifications

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Expected graduation is between December 2026 – May 2028.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Local to the Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location).
• Familiarity with variance analysis and financial reporting concepts.
• Demonstrated effective collaboration skills in team-oriented environments.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
