With a strong pipeline and a significant amount of work lined up, this GC handles a diverse range of projects including Landmark properties, inspections, conversions (office to residential), and various types of exterior/restoration projects. Job Description

• Supervise facade restoration projects, ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and meticulous resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project progress diligently and provide regular, clear updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure full compliance with design specifications and applicable building codes.
• Collaborate actively with architects, contractors, and other team members to proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are readily available on-site and meet all project requirements and specifications.
