Hourly Wage Information:

• Base Hourly Rate: $15 – $28 per hour.
• The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location (Shrewsbury, MO).

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Incentives: Eligibility for annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• Premiums: Additional hourly pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00, applicable in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on:
  • Schedule (e.g., weekend, overnight shifts)
  • Facility conditions
  • Seasonal demand
  • Specific work tasks performed
• Multiple premiums may apply if various eligibility criteria are met.
