Talent Acquisition Intern | DreamWorks Animation
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at DreamWorks Animation, located in Glendale, CA. This role supports the recruitment team in finding new talent and developing early career programs, contributing to the studio’s commitment to building immersive new worlds and telling stories about unconventional heroes. • Mission: Support the recruitment team in attracting, engaging, and managing talent for an animation studio, particularly for early career programs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as job posting, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
• Program Facilitation: Help coordinate and facilitate events for the Early Career Program, including orientations, socials, and final presentations.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content like newsletters, flyers, and handouts for early career programs and school visits.
• Social Media Management: Create social media content to share stories and grow the audience for DreamWorks Careers channels.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive interview experience for candidates by clearly communicating interview details.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate within six months of graduation date. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Skills: Exceptional creative writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Willingness to work in Glendale, California, with occasional local travel for local school outreach events and career fairs.
• Bonus: Interest in human resources and/or talent acquisition, demonstrated passion for supporting and developing early career talent, and enthusiasm for creating inclusive opportunities. Basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred. Experience with social platform analytics is a plus.
