The Tone:
This is an early career Co-Op position at Schneider Electric, located in Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA. Schneider Electric’s Energy Management business, with projected revenues of €33 billion in 2025, focuses on driving sustainability and digital transformation across various sectors including homes, buildings, datacenters, and infrastructure. As a Strategy analyst intern within the Energy Management Strategy Team, this role offers a unique opportunity to support high-level initiatives. The individual in this role will contribute directly to driving profitable business growth for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct: Market research and strategic analysis on industry trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and business performance.
• Support: Strategic projects by analyzing complex business challenges and helping develop recommendations and action plans.
• Create: Data-driven presentations and executive-ready materials to support decision-making by senior leadership.
• Contribute: To strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, portfolio management, market assessments, acquisitions, and business planning activities.
• Collaborate: With cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support growth and transformation priorities within Energy Management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop recommendations; experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development.
• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated interest in strategy, sustainability, industrial markets, or digital transformation.
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, finance, or related fields; double degree in business and engineering or MBA coursework; experience analyzing financial statements, market data, or competitive intelligence; ability to work effectively across cultures and global teams; open to part-time internship for the right candidate.
