Job Description:

This is a Facilities Team Internship at Ridgecrest Conference Center. The intern will gain hands-on experience in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and resources of the 1,200-acre campus. This includes working alongside professionals in Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Grounds, Maintenance, Fleet, Safety, and Recreation. The internship runs from the end of August through the beginning of May, requires availability for varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The compensation is a $10 per hour stipend, plus housing and meals as described. The program includes weekly Bible study and fellowship with team members.
