This role is instrumental in strengthening investor relationships, supporting capital raise and M&A execution, and building critical tools and datasets that power client solutions and expand the firm’s investor network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Data: Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting efforts and support new investor discovery initiatives.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor communications to strengthen connectivity across the firm’s network.
• Internal Infrastructure: Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets that enable better, faster solutions for clients.
• Deal Execution: Contribute to the execution of live capital raise and M&A processes, working closely with senior bankers across deal teams.
• Tool Development: Develop and maintain tools critical to strengthening the firm’s investor relationships and improving deal execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA from a top-tier institution, demonstrating a strong academic record.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities without being prompted, coupled with a high level of integrity and sound professional judgment. Comfortable engaging with investment professionals and navigating institutional investor relationships, producing clear, polished materials, and communicating with confidence.
