What You’ll Actually Do
• Consistently perform outbound activity to source and attract both clients and candidates for placement opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong professional relationships over the phone with prospective clients and candidates.
• Negotiate effectively to secure successful placements between clients and candidates.
• Engage in comprehensive initial and ongoing training to develop and refine recruiting skills and strategies.
• Contribute to transforming individuals’ lives by placing them in positions that align with their career aspirations and professional goals.
