• Tech Stack: SAP FI, CO, COPA, Closing Cockpit, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, SAP FI/CO integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, Oracle Fusion Financial, Oracle FCCS, Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, RPA solutions, AI/ML/Gen-AI & Analytics solutions.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Transformation: Lead and drive transformation initiatives across various record-to-report process areas, including revenue recognition, consolidations, asset accounting, and financial statement production, with a focus on holistic change beyond mere technology implementation.
• Provide Expertise & Lead Teams: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding and leading delivery teams in complex record-to-report transformation or implementation projects, leveraging deep techno-functional knowledge of ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle.
• Business Development & Solutioning: Lead pursuit teams in understanding client problem statements, formulating tailored solutions, developing proposals, and collaborating with market teams to secure new business for EY across service lines.
• Team Management & Development: Directly manage and develop a team of 5-8 FTEs by providing coaching, motivation, guided training, and conducting career conversations to foster engagement and professional growth.
• Capability Building: Lead the development of internal capabilities within practice areas and conduct training sessions to coach internal teams on developing relevant skills and operational initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior professional with qualifications such as CA, MBA (Finance) with Commerce Background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation, distinct from industry user experience, ideally acquired within multinational consulting firms or Big4 firms.
• Skills: Deep techno-functional knowledge of ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, Oracle Fusion Finance, and digital finance solutions; strong business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills; excellent written and oral communication, and proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Bonus: Preferred knowledge and experience in designing and developing AI solutions for record-to-report areas, and experience working with clients across India and/or global geographies.
