Role Title: Executive Intern (MBA)
Internship Period: Winter 2026 (January – April)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location Requirement: Hybrid, based in Palo Alto, CA

Mission:
The MBA intern will serve in an Executive intern role with a primary focus on the intersection of finance, data, and strategy. The core mission is to support high-impact decision-making by developing dashboards, meticulously tracking key metrics, and creating executive-level presentations. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities & Opportunities In This Role:
Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor essential financial and operational metrics.
Analyze data to identify critical trends, existing gaps, and potential opportunities across various business units.
Support financial modeling and forecasting efforts as and when required.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive presentations and reports tailored for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather necessary inputs and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data utilized in reporting.
Attend Executive-level weekly meetings and take charge of managing the agenda and subsequent follow-up actions.

Ideal Candidates Have/Are:
• A current MBA student with a demonstrated focus in areas such as finance, strategy, analytics, and project management.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data visualization tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Display a willingness to learn continuously and take on new challenges.
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Compensation:
The US pay range for technical internships is $30-$60 per hour. For non-technical internships, the pay range is $30-$40 per hour. Compensation is determined based on the intern’s location, skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks. For candidates outside the USA, compensation will be dependent on the local market conditions.

To ensure compliance with these requirements, candidates for this role must meet specific citizenship or residency criteria.
