Executive Director LNHA | BaneCare Management

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at The Bostonian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 121-bed facility located in Dorchester, MA. This position is vital for leading a team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers. The Executive Director will ensure the facility maintains its focus on resident-centered care, operational excellence, and a collaborative work environment, contributing directly to the well-being of residents.

• Mission: This role is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the facility, ensuring resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and a strong organizational culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of skilled nursing, long-term care units, and assisted living apartments.
• Strategic Alignment: Maintain the organization’s focus on its resident-centered mission, vision, and long-term goals.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among clinical, managerial, and ancillary teams, while overseeing hiring and staff management.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and oversee building and safety compliance, including support during Life Safety surveys.
• Financial Management & Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines and interact effectively with the governing board, residents, families, staff, and visitors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Massachusetts. This is an executive-level position.
• Experience: Prior experience as an Administrator or Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF) with a proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys.
• Skills: Leadership, operational management, regulatory compliance (DPH, Joint Commission, local, state, federal), staff management, budget development, and effective stakeholder interaction.
