What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements for senior leadership.
• Administrative Operations: Organize and prioritize correspondence, maintain meticulous records and files, and prepare detailed expense reports.
• Document Preparation: Draft and edit a variety of documents and presentations, ensuring they are polished and professional for executive use.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with professionalism.
• Project Coordination: Support the coordination of team activities and small projects, collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

• Experience: Strong expertise in executive administrative assistance, including proficient calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
