Job Description: Externship Opportunity

This is an Exciting Externship Opportunity for veterinary students, classified as an Internship employment type.

The externship at Plainfield Veterinary Clinic aims to provide students with the knowledge to practice top-notch medicine, gain valuable hands-on clinical experience, and enrich the lives of patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:

• Gain real-life, “in the trenches” experience in a busy veterinary practice.
• Gather patient information and history.
• Perform physical exams.
• Create treatment plans.
• Participate in diagnostics.
• Assist with surgical and dentistry services.
