Job Description: Events Intern – Interventional Urology
This internship supports the Events Team within the Interventional Urology Business Unit’s Marketing Department. The intern will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating event data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the planning and execution of educational events.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the master spreadsheet of upcoming events, ensuring data accuracy and creating a user-friendly calendar view.
• Researching events to gather details like schedules, shipping information, and contact details.
• Documenting event information in Trello for organized team access.
• Updating and organizing event details within Trello for clear team collaboration.
• Transferring and updating event data from Trello to the Events Hub platform.
• Assisting with broader marketing initiatives as needed.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program (Marketing, Business, or humanities field).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Specialized Skills/Other Requirements:
• Prior project management experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• R-Studio software experience is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office is required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid Driver’s License.
