The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees in New York & Baltimore offices, more than 80 in the Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in owned and operated stores. The USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The North American region encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.

Job Description: Event & VIP Intern

This six-week internship (June 2nd to July 10th) offers a chance to gain real-world experience in the dynamic world of global jewelry retail. The intern will work alongside industry professionals, collaborating with talented teams across key departments on real projects impacting the business.

Responsibilities include:

Event Support: Assisting the Event Manager with vendor research (venues, musicians, photographers, florists, production services, AV needs, etc.); tracking, organizing, and storing event and PR Salon orders (décor, materials, supplies); scheduling meetings with vendors and clients; booking shipments and messengers for deliveries; assisting with VIP room drops.
VIP Support: Booking VIP travel and glam (cars, planes, hotels, dinner reservations); assisting with VIP sample trafficking (product pulling, building, packing, shipping, and tracking); supporting the VIP Specialist with talent suggestions and social media tracking for gifting.
PR & Social Media Support: Assisting the PR Coordinator with PR Salon upkeep (product organization, supply inventory, managing bi-weekly cleanings); partnering with PR and Social teams to input new cycles and samples into the GPS system; assisting the Influencer Specialist with product send-outs for influencer campaigns.
Administrative Tasks: GPS support and maintenance (checking return statuses); scheduling weekly Facebook and Twitter content; asset support and organization (pulling photos from the Pandora Library).

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in fashion, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong interest in hands-on corporate experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute.

Compensation: $25/hour in New York City.
