ETF Sales Internship: Summer 2027 | Susquehanna International Group

The Tone:
This is a ten-week internship at Susquehanna International Group, located in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. Susquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm, a leader in the ETF marketplace for over 30 years, and one of the largest ETF liquidity providers worldwide. The firm is powered by scientific rigor, curiosity, and innovation, applying machine learning and advanced quantitative research to design impactful strategies in a systematic trading environment. This role provides an introduction to financial markets through practical experience on a trading desk and formal classroom education, allowing interns to become an integral part of a client-focused sales and trading operation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Work closely with the sales team as an integral part of the client-focused sales and trading operation.
• Interact: Engage with clients and traders to manage various financial activities.
• Facilitate: Execute ETF and equity portfolio trades on behalf of clients.
• Monitor: Observe financial markets to identify key trends and changes.
• Analyze: Create commentary and analysis based on market trends and investment flows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Intention to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within one year of the internship program.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in networking and cultivating client relationships.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; an entrepreneurial spirit; interest in learning about investment products and services.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA.
