Escrow Support/Front Desk – Dripping Springs Office
Location: Austin area (Dripping Springs Office)

Job Summary:
Independence Title is seeking a dedicated and organized Escrow Support/Front Desk professional for our Dripping Springs office. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming environment and providing essential administrative and escrow support, ensuring a truly remarkable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all receptionist responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining lobby set-up.
- Process deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail efficiently.
- Assist with opening new customer/client files into the database system.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the work/copy room is kept tidy and organized.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Escrow teams as needed.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience is required.
- Experience in the real estate industry (title/escrow/real estate/property management) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is essential.
- Must be able to work at the physical office location (this is not a work-remote position).
