• Mission: Ensure high quality standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are met and maintained, providing an aseptic and safe environment for patients, residents, visitors, and staff.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Cleaning Execution: Performs thorough and systematic cleaning of all designated clinical and common areas throughout the facility, utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
• Duty Adherence: Consistently executes all assigned cleaning duties and responsibilities precisely, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and schedules.
• Standard Maintenance: Actively ensures that the highest quality standards for housekeeping and cleanliness are consistently met and diligently maintained across all cleaned spaces.
• Aseptic Environment Creation: Works to establish and preserve an aseptic environment critical for effective infection control and the paramount safety of all individuals within the facility.
• Safety Provision: Contributes directly to providing and sustaining a safe and healthy environment for all patients, residents, visitors, and staff, aligning with the facility’s health and safety objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possesses foundational knowledge and practical skills required for facilities cleaning.
• Experience: Requires mandatory previous experience specifically in facilities cleaning.
• Skills:
• Application of effective cleaning methodologies and techniques
• Adherence to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols
• Understanding and implementation of workplace safety guidelines
• Meticulous attention to detail to uphold quality standards
• Bonus:
• Preference for candidates with at least one year of previous facilities cleaning experience.
• Preference for candidates who have obtained a High School Diploma or equivalent.
