Position Details

• Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer
• Pay Range: $16.75 – $21.00 per hour
• Work Schedule: Full-time and Part-time positions available for all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities of a Security Officer

Security Officers/Security Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Observing and reporting unusual activities or incidents.
• Ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.

Job Requirements

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be professional in demeanor and appearance.
• Our policy requires a professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
• Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Physical Requirements

The role of a Security Officer/Guard involves physical demands, including but not limited to:

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time.
• May involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
