Entry Level Technician – Sullivan Tire

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is actively seeking an Entry Level Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering the highest quality vehicle maintenance and repair services to our valued customers. You will perform entry-level repairs and services, contribute to achieving productivity and profitability standards, and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction while adhering to internal controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Correctly perform mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Execute proper lube, oil, and filter changes on both domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Accurately perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Conduct unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs, including but not limited to, replacement of headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure that productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met.
• Strictly adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area by properly disposing of all waste products.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed to support the team and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong customer service focus within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs comfortably and safely.
• Basic conflict resolution skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
• A foundational understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Proven ability to multi-task efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• A collaborative team player attitude.
