What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide friendly, solution-focused support to merchants via inbound calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve account and technical issues, actively managing support tickets.
• Document: Track and meticulously record all cases using the internal CRM system.
• Communicate: Engage with merchants clearly, professionally, and with active listening to understand their needs.
• Learn: Rapidly acquire proficiency in new tools, systems, and processes within a changing environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking a foundation in technology support, with an interest in FinTech.
• Experience: Previous customer-facing experience in fields such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organizational and adaptability skills; problem-solving ability, especially under pressure; positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
