What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure that company records align with bank statements.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing account analysis and accruals required to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Monitor discrepancies and work to resolve any financial inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation and support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; familiarity with accounting software (Microsoft Excel); excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
