What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Development: Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, maintainable code based on project requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Quality Assurance: Test and validate code to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to continuously improve application functionality and user experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, HTML/CSS, and SQL with basic database principles.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment.
