What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent sales service to every customer, ensuring their satisfaction remains consistently high and they feel genuinely welcomed and greeted.
• Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain outstanding conditions and visual merchandising standards at outdoor event settings, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory supplies are fully stocked.
• Needs Assessment & Recommendation: Proactively ascertain individual customers’ specific needs and preferences, then expertly recommend and display items from the available inventory that precisely match those identified desires.
• Sales Operations: Efficiently manage all point-of-sale processes, including transactions and record-keeping, and actively participate in the receiving and initial organization of new product shipments.
• Product Expertise: Continuously stay updated with comprehensive product information, enabling the accurate description of each product’s features, benefits, and applications to potential buyers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school degree, coupled with the ability to learn and understand core sales principles and customer service practices.
• Experience: No prior specific experience is required, as this is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals new to sales.
