The Sales Role

Power is actively hiring for full-time sales representatives. This role is designed not just for immediate success but also for long-term career growth. Representatives will receive comprehensive training in all company products and learn to deliver interactive sales presentations. The training covers essential skills such as communication, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem-solving, providing a foundational education crucial for all future career development.

The Responsibilities

  • Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers.
  • Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis.
  • Team building and mentorship activities.

The Compensation

  • $3,900 Sign-on bonus* (paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of initial training, contingent on successful completion of training).
  • Hourly Rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
  • Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year.
