Position Overview:

Our Associates work directly within various retail locations, where they engage with customers, introduce them to a range of available wireless services, and facilitate the setup of new accounts or upgrades. This position is an excellent starting point for those looking to launch their careers, offering invaluable real-world experience in customer interaction, sales strategy development, and professional communication skill-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly engage with customers within designated retail store environments.
• Clearly and effectively explain various wireless products, service plans, and current promotional offers.
• Provide assistance with account activations, service upgrades, and other account-related changes.
• Professionally represent the brand, demonstrating product knowledge and upholding company standards.
• Actively participate in daily training sessions and regular team meetings to enhance skills and collaboration.
• Contribute to the overall success of customer acquisition strategies and efforts.
