The TL;DR

• Team: Reports directly to the crew’s Foreman.
• Mission: This person assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial roofing systems.
• Tech Stack: EPDM, TPO, PVC
What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation: Assist in the installation of new commercial roofing systems.
• Maintenance: Perform essential maintenance and repair tasks on existing commercial roofs.
• Learning: Learn and apply proper techniques for working with roofing materials such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
• Compliance: Diligently follow all instructions from the crew Foreman and adhere to job specifications.
• Safety: Strictly observe and follow all safety guidelines on job sites.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career individuals who are at least 18 years of age and eager to start a career in commercial roofing.
• Experience: No prior commercial roofing experience is required, as the company is committed to training the right individuals.
• Skills:
• Physical capability to regularly lift 25+ lbs and occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in an outdoor setting, adapting to varying weather conditions, including exposure to heights and diverse temperatures.
• Comfort with physical activities such as extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Strong ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Possession of reliable transportation to and from job sites or the warehouse.
• Bonus: Prior commercial roofing experience is preferred.
