What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Drive overall restaurant operations to achieve and maintain 5 Star Status.
• Brand Advocacy: Enhance the Domino’s brand image through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication with staff and customers.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor expenditures, making timely adjustments and conducting follow-ups as needed to maintain profitability.
• Team Development: Effectively train new team members and continuously motivate existing staff, setting a positive example through leadership.
• Asset Safeguarding: Ensure the security and proper handling of cash, inventory, and all other company assets in accordance with established guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional seeking to advance a career in the hospitality industry, with a minimum age of 18 years and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience: At least one year of management experience is required, with previous experience at Domino’s highly preferred.
• Skills: Financial monitoring and reporting, food safety and compliance, staff training and development, customer service management, and operational task management while adhering to strict quality standards.
