This role is crucial for learning talent acquisition fundamentals from the ground up, serving as a 1-year accelerated track to Client Account Management. It offers hands-on training, structured mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth in the talent acquisition industry.

• Mission: Identify and pipeline top talent to meet client needs while developing commercial skills to transition into account management within 12 months.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates using various job platforms, social media, cold outreach, and internal databases.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client openings.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide applicants through the entire hiring process.
• Account Management Prep: Shadow senior Account Managers during client intake calls, workforce planning sessions, and account reviews.
• Market Research: Develop a comprehensive understanding of current hiring trends and essential industry skill sets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
• Experience: Desire to build a long-term career in Recruiting and Client Account Management, along with a track record of setting and achieving goals.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence, competitive drive, high self-motivation, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
