• Leadership & Team Growth: Participate in structured programs to develop leadership abilities, focusing on team performance and mentorship practices.
• Business Operations: Learn and apply principles of backend logistics, operations, and performance management to support overall business development.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and effective communication throughout the client journey.
