• Mission: To support project managers and ensure the smooth execution of projects, helping to develop project coordination skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Planning Support: Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording action items.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. This role is suited for recent graduates or individuals with limited project coordination experience.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
