What You’ll Actually Do
• Facilitate patient and visitor reception by greeting and assisting them with professionalism and dedicated care.
• Ensure data accuracy by contributing to the maintenance of accurate patient records, treatment logs, and charts.
• Process administrative documents by supporting tasks like invoice processing, purchase orders, and change requests.
• Coordinate patient logistics by assisting patients with transportation coordination and scheduling physician appointments.
• Foster team efficiency by collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff within a dynamic medical environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or GED is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is mandatory, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong communication skills enabling clear and professional interactions with patients and staff; a positive and professional attitude fostering a welcoming clinic environment; proficiency in basic computer and clerical skills, including practical experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a medical or administrative setting is considered advantageous for this role; comfort and readiness to work within a medical environment, acknowledging potential exposure to medical emergencies and bodily fluids.
