What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Territory Growth: Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and effective territory management, monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Brand Communication: Shape and communicate the company’s vision and mission through impactful public speaking and engaging one-on-one presentations.
• Strategy & Alignment: Translate brand elements into comprehensive plans and robust go-to-market strategies, aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
• Campaign Performance: Establish clear performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates, then meticulously measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
• Market Research & Innovation: Monitor market trends, conduct thorough research on consumer markets and competitors’ activities, and devise innovative growth strategies based on these insights.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This Entry Level role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a closely related field, with paid training provided for role-specific skills.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to receive coaching and comprehensive training in identifying target audiences and devising highly effective marketing campaigns.
• Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills suitable for public speaking and one-on-one interactions; strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mind; data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers; the ability to handle fieldwork and a high volume of in-person interaction; and up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Bonus: A strategic mindset and previous experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns are desired qualifications for this role.
