What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Support and grow client accounts through building trust, ensuring accuracy, and consistent follow-through.
• Sales Communication & Influence: Develop the ability to communicate clearly, navigate objections, and influence decisions in real-time interactions.
• Leadership & Team Development: Work directly with high-performing leaders to learn how to coach others, model strong behavior, and eventually oversee a team.
• Business Operations & Performance: Understand how to track metrics, manage goals, and contribute to campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Team Operations Support: Learn and develop the habits and standards required to lead within the organization by supporting daily team operations.
