What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Relations: Support and grow client accounts by ensuring trust, accuracy, and consistent follow-through with new customers.
• Sales & Persuasion: Develop the ability to communicate clearly, effectively navigate objections, and influence decisions during real-time interactions.
• Team Leadership: Work directly with high-performing leaders to learn how to coach others, model strong behavior, and prepare to oversee a team.
• Business Analytics: Understand how to track key metrics, manage performance goals, and contribute to campaigns that deliver measurable results.
