What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in a structured management training program to learn business operations and leadership fundamentals.
• Skill Development: Develop sales, customer acquisition, and customer engagement skills through hands-on campaign experience.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead from the front by actively participating in customer-facing campaigns to achieve objectives.
• Team Support: Support team leaders with daily tasks, coordination, and performance activities.
• Communication & Coaching: Develop communication, coaching, and people management skills through practical application and mentorship.
