What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Represent nationally recognized brands through direct, in-person customer engagement.
• Customer Acquisition: Learn strategies to acquire new customers and build lasting relationships for various products and services.
• Campaign Participation: Participate actively in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns, communicating product and service information.
• Skill Development: Work alongside experienced team members, receiving hands-on coaching to develop communication, presentation, sales, and leadership skills.
• Leadership Progression: Take on additional responsibility as you demonstrate your ability to lead and contribute to the growth of the Milwaukee market.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Individuals who are eager to learn the business from the ground up and interested in developing leadership skills.
• Experience: No previous experience is required. Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail, events, or marketing is considered helpful.
• Skills: Competitive and goal-oriented, comfortable talking with new people, coachable, positive, energetic, professional, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
