What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Expertise: Learn and maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and promotions.
• Skill Development: Work closely with team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through training and mentorship.
• Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Sales Support: Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts, supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Team Contribution: Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops, contributing ideas and mentoring newer team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess core domain knowledge in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, leadership, or team-based environments.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, leadership, or team-based environments is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools is helpful.
