What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Coordinate interior design projects across internal sales teams and external partners.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate actively with design, estimating, and sales professionals on various project phases.
• Proposal Support: Support the preparation of estimates and proposals for interior projects.
• Documentation Management: Organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and finish information.
• Professional Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients in a professional office environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional who has recently graduated (within the past few years) with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Industrial Design, or a closely related academic field.
• Experience: No prior professional design office experience is required, as this role provides comprehensive, paid training. Candidates will gain hands-on experience supporting real commercial interior projects, developing valuable design, coordination, and project delivery skills from the ground up.
