What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist with Daily Living Activities: Provide sensitive and respectful assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support: Engage clients in conversation, activities, and offer a comforting presence to alleviate loneliness and promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor Health Status: Carefully observe and record any changes in the client’s physical or mental health, promptly reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Support Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their prescribed medication schedules to ensure adherence.
• Perform Light Housekeeping: Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the client.
• Follow Care Plans and Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to individualized care plans and all established safety guidelines to ensure the client’s health and security.
