What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Assist clients with essential activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Companionship: Provide invaluable companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and offer emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Household Support: Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean home environment.
• Meal Preparation: Assist with planning and preparing nutritious and appealing meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and accurately monitor changes in clients’ health status, behavior, or condition, reporting significant observations to supervisors.
