Key Responsibilities
- Assist Clients with Financial Planning: Provide support in developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Retirement Planning Support: Help clients understand and plan for their retirement, including evaluating various retirement vehicles and strategies.
- Investment Management Assistance: Aid in understanding investment concepts and provide support related to managing client investment portfolios.
- Insurance Needs Evaluation: Help clients assess their insurance requirements to ensure adequate protection.
- Client Needs Assessment: Work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
- Solution Recommendation: Recommend appropriate financial products and strategies designed to help clients achieve their specific financial goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay continuously informed about current financial products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities and recommendations adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning principles.
- Conceptual Understanding: Familiarity with fundamental Insurance and Investments concepts.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively assisting and building rapport with clients.
- Analytical Ability: Detail-oriented with a proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Educational Background (Preferred): A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required. We value practical understanding and potential.
- Independent Work Ethic: Capability to work remotely and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency (Plus): Proficiency with financial planning software and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a significant advantage.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
