What You’ll Actually Do
• Attend an exclusive networking mixer to engage with AECOM staff, students, and graduates, learning about projects, career paths, and company culture.
• Participate in scheduled interviews at the Raleigh office to explore potential career opportunities.
• Connect with AECOM for entry-level career opportunities slated to begin immediately or in Spring/Summer 2026.
• Leverage academic background in engineering to align with roles in Transportation, Environmental, Buildings and Places, Project and Program Management, or Water business lines.
• Apply to specific opening requisitions that align with your technical discipline and career interests after the event.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating with or working towards a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Experience: Entry-Level candidates, specifically those graduating with or working towards a degree in Civil, Structural, Traffic, Aviation, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Fire Protection, Construction, Water Resources, Hydraulic, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in one of the specified engineering disciplines (e.g., Civil, Environmental, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Water Resources).
• Bonus: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools like Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks; Geographic Information Systems (GIS) such as ESRI ArcGIS Platforms; or Project Management Tools including Bluebeam & Revu.
