Entry Level Electrical Worker | Power Plus

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, United States Temporary Power Team
• Pay: $20–$22 hourly
• Mission: This role contributes to providing intelligent and efficient power solutions by maintaining and preparing electrical equipment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Development: Undergo initial training for 2-3 weeks focused on crimping, Tac-Ons, and distro cages.
• Equipment Preparation: Perform crimping wire tasks to ensure components are ready for use.
• Refurbishment: Refurbish Tac-Ons and distro cages to maintain functionality and extend equipment life.
• Quality Control: Provide high-quality work product with strong attention to detail.
• Operational Support: See assigned tasks through to completion and read a tape measure accurately for various duties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: No degree specified. Career level: Early Career. Core domain knowledge in electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience: Mechanically inclined with demonstrated ability to build and repair electrical equipment using power and hand tools safely.
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude for electrical equipment, Safe operation of power and hand tools, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple work priorities, Strong collaborative teamwork.
